YOU ARE INVITED ON A JOURNEY OF MINDFUL REFLECTION AND CREATIVE EXPLORATION

About the Program

We have designed an experience that will inspire you to bring out your inner child and explore gratitude, dreams, friendship, abundance, joy and more! Join people from around the globe, and your two facilitators, Kristy Lund and Lynne Bernstein, for a week-long program that is full of thought-provoking prompts and engaging creative challenges (no special skills or supplies needed), book ended by two 2-hour interactive workshops. 

This program is designed for you to cultivate community and hope during uncertain times. We will kick off the week with a Zoom workshop and from there you are taken on a guided journey within a private online community where you will share and engage throughout the week. At the end we will celebrate by coming back together to explore our insights and inspirations.

7 DAYS OF CREATIVE EXPLORATION

Access a private Facebook group to review a daily video reflection & receive your prompt and creative challenge; 

embark creative exploration, post your creations and interact with the community

Reunite with the community via Zoom to reflect on your experiences and deepen the learning.
